Kings vs. Park

Where I grew up in Pennsylvania there are two restaurant chains - "Kings" and "Eat 'n Park".
Their signature desert items are "The Frownie Brownie" and the "Smiley Cookie" respectively.
While no formal fed exists between these two establishments that I know of, I always sort of felt it was a missed opportunity for some clever marketing!
